This collection of wildlife paintings is part of a book project called, Our Wild Borderland. The pocket sized book is a visual identification field guide to a selection of 40 plants and animals commonly found in the Borderplex region. The Borderplex region is part of the Northern Chihuahuan desert and is full of diverse life.

Written and illustrated by Ashton Kaleigh, MCAD Artist Incubator Award Recipient and advocate for nature and wildlife conservation. The aim of this book is to help the curious observer recognize and appreciate the natural world around us. Perfect for all ages. The Children's Explorer Pack is a great way to get kids excited about their surroundings and includes their own copy of the book, activity pages, a magnifier with lanyard, and a small ruler.

Books will be available for pick up at the El Paso Art Association on August 23rd from 1 pm to 3 pm during the book release event. Arrangements may be made for other pickup dates and times. PRICE INCLUDES TAX
